Darlene Williams, CMP, is the Paris Las Vegas recipient of the 2015 Caesars Entertainment Chairman’s Award for Integrity. Williams is a Citywide Catering Sales Manager for Las Vegas. The Chairman’s Award is the highest honor given to employees of Caesars Entertainment. It was established in 1987 and has become a time-honored tradition that recognizes and rewards employees who consistently create memorable experiences, personalize rewards, and delight every guest, every team member, every time.
Nominees for the Chairman’s Award for Integrity must exemplify and live the Caesars Entertainment Code of Commitment every day through their interactions with fellow team members, guests and their community. Williams also received the Chairman’s Award for Community Service in 2013 for the corporate team. For this year’s award, she was nominated by Caesars Entertainment’s HERO Stars committee for her hard work and dedication to the community.

Williams and her fellow property winners will now advance to the regional level where Regional Presidents select the Regional Finalists, who each receive recognition from their Regional President. Regional Finalists advance to the Companywide level. Gary Loveman, Caesars President, CEO and Chairman of the Board, will personally select Companywide Chairman’s Award Winners.
