CAESARS DIRECT OFFERS FIRST-CLASS SMALL MEETINGS AND EVENTS

LAS VEGAS (October 14, 2014)—In an industry where small meetings can sometimes feel overlooked, Caesars Entertainment offers the perfect solution – Caesars Direct. This division of National Meetings and Events offers the same personal attention and care Caesars Entertainment’s industry customers rely on, but from a team that is solely focused on meetings for up to 30 rooms peak in Las Vegas or Atlantic City.

Caesars Direct was created in late 2013 by Vice President of Sales Jordan D. Clark, who wanted to provide his small business customers with faster service and quality responses from highly skilled salespeople. “I want all of our customers to feel as important as they are,” said Clark. “Small meetings are a vital piece of our business, and they deserve the same level of importance as our larger business customers.”

These smaller meetings can qualify for the same concessions, such as having one food and beverage minimum and enjoying the same VIP treatment that Caesars Entertainment’s top gaming customers receive through the Meeting Diamond program, and they work with a compressed template for contracts that makes it easy for the team to provide a quick turnaround. Inquiries to the Caesars Direct team also receive an almost immediate response, with an average four-hour initial reply from one of the team’s managers. When Caesars Direct customers have larger meeting needs, their Caesars Direct manager can partner with their in-market sales manager for personalized experience.

“Traditionally Las Vegas has not valued small meetings, but we do,” said Kase. “We offer the flexibility and expertise that small meetings are looking for, and we can also add in the full entertainment experience if they want it.”
